Fluffy rabbits - not meant to be eaten

A friend of mine has got 2 baby rabbits. I tell you, you won't believe that God created such cute rabbits!!!! Ok, she has got 4 rabbits at home now. 2 adult female rabbits named Mashi and Maro (easier to call mah: Mashimaro, come here!). One of the babies is called Goldie, the other called Dusty. Later you will know why they are given such names (not Cheated and Conned as given by HLF).

Below are the pics: Don't drool. Not meant for eating!

Goldie. Isn't she lovely? Like a dainty Princess. So fluffy. She looks so unreal, like a soft toy.

Dusty. Looks very cute too. Actually, quite an apt name.

Mashi. She was the center of attraction before Goldie came. But she's very cute too. And she is really an attention seeker. When you want to play with her, she tries hard to get. Run around like mad and doesn't want you to stroke her. But if you ignore her, she comes close to your side. If you continue to ignore her, she starts doing some stunt like jumping in the air to attract your attention. Cute isn't she?

Sorry, no pics of Maro at the moment. She was very shy that day when I was armed with a cam to do a photoshoot. Anyway, she's a blackie.

Thousand Linking Hands千牵手

Yeah, I'm going for this year's Shanghai Summer Camp, which is the pilot project to Thousand Linking Hands in 2008. Last year, I made a trip to Shanghai too, which is a prelude to this year's trip.

Last year, we made many new friends with the Shanghai youth. They are similar yet so different. They are youths, with the heart of youths, love to watch Korean dramas, shopping, concerned about latest fashion, school work, friends, etc. Yet, one look at our physical appearance, we just know we are different. The culture, the lifestyles are so vastly different. But I love them all. And guess what? 100 of us are going to link hands with 100 of the Shanghai youths!!!

What we are going to do this year is gonna be totally different from last year. We are going to walk the land. Wow. Getting to know the real needs of the people so that we can bless them. Then, Mr Lawrence Khong is gonna fly in and do a magic show!!!! Splendid. World class magician ok. Don't play play ah... The best thing is we get to know 100 Shanghainese youth and sow in them the heart of volunteerism, to bless the community. Yeah!

Ahem. Yes, I'm fund raising so that I can get a sit in the aeroplane to fly to Shanghai. If you are able, kindly support me financially ya?
